Here’s our 5-step Easy Order process…
1) Please use the form below to send us as much information as you can.
This is not an “official” order yet, just your request. We’ll finalize things with you by email and our confirmations. When ordering multiple styles, product colors, imprint or embroidery colors, sizes, etc. please enter the information into the “Order Notes” field. We will confirm back to you!
Tip: If a required field does not apply exactly to your situation, simply type in: N/A. You can use the “Order Notes” field to clarify.
2) Email us your artwork or layout (if applicable).
Send us your vector graphics files in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw formats. It also helps us to have a PDF or JPEG to view and verify your graphics file.
Note…If you only have low resolution bitmap, JPEG, GIF and PDF files that require re-drawing, we will send a quote to re-create the artwork to professional promotional imprinting standards.
3) We will send you an emailed confirmation for your approval.
Our confirmations include all details of your order, including final pricing and payment terms, along with any set-up costs, shipping, taxes, available discounts and other applicable info.
4) You review and approve the order confirmation.
Please sign & return the confirmation by email or fax. This step serves to protect both parties and also authorizes us to proceed with your order.
5) We finalize the artwork and send you an artwork proof for online approval before we proceed with final scheduling of your order.
Nothing happens without your prior approval! This guarantees your order is done exactly right, on time and on budget! Your project is then scheduled for production and is shipped direct to your location as outlined in the confirmation.
