We’ll send you a confirmation of your project, along with all pricing, delivery times and terms of the order. We do not proceed unless we have your signed approval of our confirmation and terms. This step is designed to protect all parties involved, especially individuals who are ordering on behalf of a company or organization.

Once we have your approval, we immediately proceed with scheduling, production, shipping and delivery of your order, according to the requirements as specified in your confirmation.

Part of the order process is sending you a digital proof or layout for approval, prior to scheduling your order into production . For most clients, we accept digital or online approvals, however some projects may require a signature on our PDF artwork approvals.
